Most lifters in reality place the bar too high in their hands. Bar placement can't be achieved by simply grabbing the bar. It often baffles me how many lifters forgo using chalk on the bench press!
A good grip and placement requires you to DIG into that bar! It's the only way you'll get the desired placement. You actually have to create indentation in your hand meat
