Leveraging Your Shoulders
In this video I explore the numerous ways in which you can use the actual bench press structure to your advantage to create leverage for your shoulders!
There are many ways to go about it and neither is right or wrong!
You can use the safeties to pinch your shoulders (not always available), the posts to shove them under, or you can push against the bar
If you're shirted you can use the bar to lift yourself onto your traps since you're arm movement is severely limited
There are a lot of ways to go about this and it comes down to personal preference!
