Press Away From The Bar
This has been a long standing bench cue and for good reason.
A lifter can get into the best set up in the world but it's so easy to lose that tucked position if we arent constantly active with our upper back and legs
When lifters finish the lift it's even easier to lose the pinch and tuck position because they relax at the top.
Most times lifters will simply press through the bar more than they have to
Instead of thinking about pressing the weight away from you, think about pressing your body away from the weight.
Like you want to wedge yourself underneath the bar.
Doing this will make it much easier for you to keep that pinch and tucked position, and you wont have to work as hard!
