Refocusing and Setting Goals After Lockdown

There's 2 scenarios I see with lifter's right now. On one hand you have athletes who haven't had gym access since the pandemic started. Or they've been confined to body weight movements. On the other hand you have athletes that have been able to resume normal training by way of a home or private gym but haven't been able to properly prepare for any type of meet or event due to the unknown.
